At Hair Worx Salon, our clients are our #1 priority! Being able to serve our clients to the best of our abilities requires more than a strong knowledge of our trade. It requires the business to run smoothly making the following policies necessary to ensure an overall great experience.
1. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your appointment time. However, due to the high demand for our services, we ask that you provide a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancelations. Failing to give at least 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of your booked service, paid before rescheduling. Any no-show will be charged 100% of their service amount.
2. Clients that are more than 10 minutes late to their appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be charged for our lost time before they can be rescheduled.
3. If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid 19 or any other illness, please call the salon at 530-255-8161 to reschedule your appointment.
4. Children are not allowed to accompany adults for their services. This leaves the child unattended and creates an unsafe situation for the child. If you arrive for your appointment with your child, that appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged for our lost time. We ask that only children that have an appointment themselves be in the salon.
